| We can comfortably and
efficiently transport your group of 2 to 200 in our 15
passenger vans mini-coach and motor coach's. Weddings, corporate
meetings and group leisure travel transports are regular
events for Buckboard Transportation. We provide a group
representative to coordinate your needs as well as master
account billing. Group rates are very competitive and can be
provided on request. |

Jackson Hole Meet and Greet Service
Many properties in Jackson Hole enjoy working
with corporate or leisure travel groups throughout the year. Few
properties offer their groups an airport liaison to facilitate and assist
with groups as they arrive at the JH Airport. By enlisting our
complimentary service, you can gain a leg up on booking these groups by
including an airport greeter in the services you provide. Our service
helps ensure that your group’s experience is a good one from the time they
arrive in Jackson, to the moment they leave.
 Our representative will meet your group as
they arrive at the airport, offering them a warm Jackson Hole welcome as
well as a live representative familiar with your groups needs and their
specific interests in mind. We will answer questions they may have, assist
them with getting luggage, help resolve lost luggage problems, locate
their ground transportation, or whatever they need, we will help with. In
other words, we can take the edge off of a long trip by making their
arrival into Jackson Hole as easy and pleasant as possible and get them on
their way to enjoying themselves as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Our representative can also notify hotel front desk staff of estimated
arrival times at the hotel once they leave the airport or distribute
welcome gifts, what ever is needed.
There is no cost for this service to the group
and/or the property hosting them. In providing this complimentary service
and combining it with our superior ground transportation services we hope
to make Buckboard Transportation your choice for ground transportation.
We can handle groups that are arriving all
together, or arriving separately over a period of time. Whether it is 1
person or 200 we can have a representative there to greet them.
